All requests will be sent the appropriate LSC Building Maintenance personnel and monitored throughout the day to resolve your requests. They will contact you directly if they have any additional questions. Please be mindful of the priority of your service requests. Once you have completed the survey, your service request is ACTIVE. If you need to make any changes and/or have any issues when making a request, please contact mulscservice@missouri.edu.
General building requests are related to bathrooms, room temperatures, water leaks, unknown alarms, broken doors, etc.
Laboratory requests are related to calibrating equipment, equipment repairs, relocating equipment, defrosting freezers, etc.
HIGH priority requests require immediate assistance such as a water leak or dangerously malfunctioning piece of equipment.
MEDIUM priority requests require to be addressed the same day, but NOT necessarily resolved the same day.
LOW priority requests include fixing broken blinds, installing shelves, moving equipment, etc.
Remember for EMERGENCIES including fire, hazardous-chemical exposures/spills, or health-related events, call 911 or Environmental Health and Safety at 573-882-7018.
